The Cuba Housing Authority currently offers 28 total units:
14 – one bedrooms, 8 – two bedrooms, 4 – three bedrooms, and 2 – four bedrooms
Start today by completing a pre-application form, checking the current income limits for housing assistance, and submitting a release of information form. You can also view the current status of our waitlist online.
Depending on the number of units available you will want to check the status of our waitlist. Check back frequently for updates on availability, or call our offices for information regarding an application you have already submitted.
To report a maintenance emergency after hours, please call or text our emergency maintenance line at 505-731-8518 and follow the prompts to leave a detailed message. Be sure to include your name, unit umber, contact number and a description of the emergency.
